Salmon Roulade

Serves: 6

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  • Slice the salmon into 1/2- to 3/4-inch wide pieces lengthwise so that you end up with 6 long strips of salmon
  • Roll the pieces from the end into a tight circle
  • Push a toothpick through the length of the salmon rolls to keep them from unrolling in the oven.
