To make Salmon With Dill-Mustard Sauce, you'll need:
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 4 salmon fillets - (8 oz ea)
  • 1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill Dill sprigs (optional)

Method

  • Combine lemon juice and lime juice in glass baking dish
  • Rinse salmon; pat dry
  • Place salmon in juices; marinate 10 minutes turning once
  • Combine mayonnaise mustard and 1 tablespoon dill in small bowl.
