To make Salsa Salad, you'll need:

  • 11 oz can white shoe peg corn drained
  • 1/2 green bell pepper chopped
  • 1/2 red bell pepper chopped
  • 1 small to medium red onion chopped
  • 2 small tomatoes chopped
  • 1 cucumber peeled chopped
  • 1 tbs jalapeno pepper chopped
  • 2 tbs cilantro chopped (2 to
  • 3) juice of
  • 1 lime garlic salt seasoned salt pepper

Method

  • In large bowl combine all ingredients and mix well
  • Add garlic salt seasoned salt and pepper to taste
  • Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
