To make Sauteed Okra, you'll need:
  • 4 cups fresh okra
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian herbs
  • 1/2 tsp seasoning salt
  • 1/4 tsp Vege-Sal
  • 1 onion chopped

Method

  • Heat the oil over medium heat
  • Add all ingredients and cook uncovered until okra is tender.
