To make Sauteed Sea Scallops, you'll need:
  • 100 lb Sea scallops; sliced -horizontally
  • 600 Mushrooms; sliced 050 Green bell pepper; diced
  • 100 md Tomato; diced 025 c Dry white wine
  • 200 Green onions; chopped
  • 100 ts Dill weed dried

Method

  • Rinse scallops and wipe dry
  • Place mushrooms bell pepper tomato and wine in a large nonstick skillet and cook 5 min until vegetables are tender
  • Add onions scallops and dill weed
  • Cook about 5 min until scallops are opaque.
