To make Savory Herb Muffins, you'll need:
  • 2 cups unbleached white flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 cup evaporated skim milk
  • 1/4 cup low-calorie margarine melted
  • 1/4 tsp savory
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees
  • Combine the flour sugar and baking powder in a small bowl.
