Seafood Newburg

Serves: 6

Method

  • Bring a kettle of water to a boil and add shrimp
  • Cook 1 minute or until just pink
  • Remove and rinse under cold water
  • Peel and devein shrimp
  • Rinse scallops and pat dry
  • Heat butter in a large non-stick skillet
  • Add arrowroot and stir to blend
  • Add a little little of the milk to blend and then add the remainder of the milk
  • Cook stirring until the sauce thickens
  • Add shrimp scallops and remaining ingredients except parsley
  • Cook until hot
  • Garnish with parsley.
