To make Seashore Shrimp Spread, you'll need:
  • 1 cup fat-free cream cheese
  • 1 cup low-fat sour cream
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup minced cooked shrimp
  • 2 tsp lemon pepper

Method

  • Combine all ingredients and mix together until smooth
  • Pack into a crock or sturdy tupperware
  • Pack with raw vegetables and keep on ice.
