To make Shells Agli Olio, you'll need:
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp white wine
  • 10 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves stems removed torn into small pieces
  • 1 lb cooked shell pasta

Method

  • In a heavy skillet heat the oil and wine
  • Add the garlic and saute for 5 minutes
  • Add the spinach and saute just until it wilts.
