  • 1 cup sliced fresh green beans in
  • 2" pieces (abt

  • 1 cup sliced stemmed shiitake mushrooms (abt
  • 1/4 lb)
  • 1/4 tsp freshly-ground black pepper or to taste

Method

  • In a medium skillet heat 2 tablespoons broth to boiling
  • (Reserve remainder of broth.) Add the garlic and shallots; saute for 3 minutes.
