To make Shrimp And Snow Peas With Rotini, you'll need:
  • 6 oz uncooked rotini Nonstick cooking spray as needed
  • 2 garlic cloves finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 12 oz medium shrimp peeled deveined
  • 2 cups snow peas
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts - (8 oz) drained
  • 1/3 cup sliced green onions
  • 3 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1
  • 1/2 tsp Mexican seasoning

Method

  • Cook pasta according to package directions omitting salt; drain
  • Set aside.
