To make Simply Snow Peas, you'll need:
  • 1 lb Prepared snow peas
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 1 tsp Butter Or 1 tsp Margarine
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Method

  • Combine all ingredients in 1 1/2 qt microwave-safe casserole.
  • Cover tightly and microwave 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Stir gently.
  • Replace cover and microwave 2 to 4 minutes longer or until snow peas are crisp-tender and bright green.
  • Drain well before serving.
