  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly-ground black pepper
  • 2 tsp vegetable oil
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper cut
  • 1/2" pieces
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 cup canned fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 can cannellini beans - (19 oz) rinsed drained = (or small white beans)
  • 3 cups sliced savoy or napa cabbage
  • 1/2 cup fat-free herb-flavored croutons slightly crushed
