To make Smoked Turkey Wraps, you'll need:
  • TURKEY WRAPS
  • 1 can fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth (14 oz)
  • 3/4 tsp chopped fresh tarragon
  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 dash freshly-ground black pepper
  • 2 medium carrots cut
  • 3" by
  • 1/4"
  • 1 large red bell pepper cut
  • 1/4" strips
  • 1 medium onion halved and thinly sliced
  • 5 green onions green part only - (to
  • 6) halved lengthwise = (or scallions) Ice water as needed
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 package frozen broccoli spears - (10 oz) thawed
  • 10 slices smoked turkey breast - (12 oz) SAUCE
  • 6 tbsp no-sugar-added raspberry fruit spread
  • 1 tbsp water plus
  • 1 tsp water
  • 1 tsp frozen orange juice concentrate thawed

Method

  • In medium saucepan combine broth tarragon garlic and black pepper; bring to a boil
  • Reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes
  • Add carrots bell pepper and onion; cook about 7 minutes or until crisp-tender
  • Remove vegetables with slotted spoon to small bowl; set aside.
