To make Smooth And Creamy Mac 'n' Cheese, you'll need:
  • 1 package elbow macaroni - (8 oz)
  • 2 tsp butter
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly-ground black pepper
  • 1 can low-fat evaporated milk - (12 oz)

  • 1/2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese - (6 oz)

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
  • Coat an 8-inch square baking dish with nonstick cooking spray
  • Cook the macaroni according to package directions omitting the salt; drain.
