To make Spicy Chicken Breasts, you'll need:
  • 1 boneless chicken breast halved
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp low-fat sour cream
  • 2 tbsp minced green onion
  • 1/2 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1/2 tsp paprika Freshly-ground black pepper to taste

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
  • Spray a small shallow baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and place the chicken in the baking dish.
