Ingredients
To make Spicy Spaghetti Squash, you'll need:
  • 1 small spaghetti squash halved seeded
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup minced onion
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 scallions minced
  • 12 oz ground white turkey meat
  • 2 cups crushed tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp red wine
  • 2 tsp capers
  • 2 tsp minced fresh oregano
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes - (to
  • 2)
  • 2 tbsp minced parsley

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  • Place each squash half cut-side down on a cookie sheet and bake uncovered for about 45 to 60 minutes until a fork goes easily into the shell
  • Let cool
  • Scoop out the strands of squash with a large fork and set aside.
