To make Spinach Vegetable Dip - Cooking For Diabetics, you'll need:
  • 8 oz Yogurt plain low fat
  • 1 cup Mayonaise reduced cal
  • 3/4 package Leek soup mix
  • 10 oz Spinach frozen chopped drained
  • 1/2 cup Parsley
  • 1/2 cup Green onions chopped
  • 1 tsp Dill dry
  • 1 tsp Italian salad dressing mix

Method

  • In a food processor combine all of the ingredients and mix well until well incorporated
  • Place in an airtight ciontainer and refrigerate
  • Just before serving place in a bowl and surround with raw vegetables
