To make Spinach, you'll need:
  • 2 lb Fresh spinach
  • 1 tsp Seasame oil
  • 2 cl Garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Toasted seasame seeds

Method

  • Rinse spinach leaves well and trim large stems
  • In a large non-stick heat sesame oil and saute garlic
  • Add wet spinach leaves and cook until wilted about 5 minutes
  • Drain; stir in sesame seeds
  • Serve warm or at room temperature
