To make Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes, you'll need:
  • 32 cherry tomatoes - (1" dia)
  • 3/4 cup Cheddar Cheese Dip or Curry Dressing (see recipes)
  • 2 tbsp minced fresh parsley

Method

  • Slice tops off cherry tomatoes; gently scoop seed centers from tomatoes
  • Fill each with about 1 teaspoon of dip or dressing
  • Sprinkle tops with parsley.
