Sugar Free Strawberry Jam

Method

  • Crush berries until a small amount of juice forms
  • Place in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil
  • Boil 2 minutes
  • Stir in gelatin until dissolved
  • Remove from heat add the sweetner and mix well
  • Adjust sweetner to taste
  • Pour into jars or plastic containers
  • Store in refrigerator up to 3 weeks
