To make Summer Main Dish Pasta Salad, you'll need:
  • 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup sliced zucchini
  • 1 cup shredded or sliced carrots
  • 1/2 cup red or green bell pepper strips
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onion
  • 2 cups flaked tuna = (canned or from salad bar)
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp minced fresh basil
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice Salt to taste Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
  • 4 cups cooked small pasta shells
