Super Low-Fat Yogurt

Super Low-Fat Yogurt

Serves: 2

Method

  • Mix boiling water and dry milk in blender on low speed
  • Add cold skim milk and blend again on low speed
  • Blend in the yogurt
  • Pour into glass or plastic containers and warm place (80-100 degrees) overnight
  • (A gas oven in which the pilot is burning is ideal
  • If you have a dehydrator it works beautifully on about 100 degrees)
  • Refrigerate until served.
