Sweet Sauteed Apples

Serves: 4

Method

  • Core apples and cut into about 8 wedges each; peel if desired
  • In a large non-stick skillet over medium heat melt butter
  • Add apples and cook shaking pan gently every now and then about 5 minutes
  • Turn the apple wedges over sprinkle with brown sugar cinnamon and nutmeg and cook another few minutes shaking pan and spooning juices over apples as they cook
  • Serve warm.
