Ingredients
To make Szechuan Shrimp, you'll need:
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 can Swanson Oriental Broth - (14
  • 1/2 oz)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 4 green onions cut
  • 1" pieces
  • 1 lb medium shrimp shelled deveined
  • 4 cups hot cooked rice cooked without salt

Method

  • In medium saucepan mix cornstarch broth garlic powder pepper and onions
  • Over medium-high heat cook until mixture boils and thickens stirring constantly.
