Ingredients
To make Tabbouli, you'll need:
  • 1 cup Bulgur Wheat
  • 2 cup Water boiling
  • 2 Tomatoes finely diced
  • 1 bunch Green Onions sliced
  • 3 tsp Mint freshly chopped -or-
  • 2 tbsp Mint dried
  • 2 cup Parsley freshly chopped -fine
  • 1/2 cup Lemon Juice freshly -squeezed
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil

Method

  • A traditional Middle Eastern dish containing bulgur wheat and fresh herbs
  • Serve with Toasted Pita Chips (see separate recipe) and raw vegetables.
