Method

  • Spread halved pita bread with 1 tbsp miracle whip salad dressing mixed with 1/2 tsp horseradish
  • Fill with 2 slices of each: tomato cucumber and red onion
  • top with 3 slices swiss cheese
  • ( I made this for a diabetic because it would be a good lunch of work or school
  • By putting the vegetables in a container it would work
  • Also I would use low-fat cheese and salad dressing
  • Just make it work for the diabetic)
