Ingredients
To make Tapioca Pudding - Diet, you'll need:
  • 1/2 cup Minute tapioca
  • 4 cup Skim milk
  • 6 tbsp Sugar twin
  • 2 Egg whites
  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract SEE NOTE in Description to make chocolate tapioca

Method

  • Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan
  • Stir to blend
  • Let stand 5 minutes
  • Cook stirring constantly over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil
  • Pudding thickens as it cools
  • Remove from heat
  • Cool 20 minutes
  • Stir serve warm or chilled
  • For chocolate tapioca add 3 tbsp
  • Hershey's cocoa powder to list of ingredients
  • 1 serving = 1 bread 1 milk
