To make Tempting Tomato And Macaroni Medley, you'll need:

  • 4 cups diced peeled tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp corn oil plus
  • 1 tsp corn oil
  • 1/4 tsp freshly-ground black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder

Method

  • In a large pan cook macaroni according to package directions omitting salt if called for
  • Drain macaroni return to pan and add remaining ingredients.
