To make Tony's Crawfish Etoufee, you'll need:
  • 050 c Butter or margerine
  • 100 c Chopped onions 050 c Chopped belle pepper
  • 200 Clove of Garlic
  • 100 tb Worcestershire sauce
  • 100 tb Paprika
  • 150 ts Tony's Creole Seasoning
  • 100 tb Corn starch 050 c Water
  • 100 lb Crawfish tails peeled
  • 100 tb Green onion tops chopped
  • 100 tb Parsely chopped

Method

  • In 2 qt
  • batter bowl combine butter onion belle pepper and garlic
  • Microwave on HIGH for 4 to 5 minutes or until soft but not brown
  • Add paprika Worcestersire sauce Tony's Creole Seasoning and crawfish tails
  • In a small bowl combine corn starch and water
  • Mix well and add to crawfish mixture
  • Mix well and cover with plastic wrap
  • Microwave on HIGH for 10 to 11 minutes or until crawfish is done
  • Serve over rice and garnish with onion tops and parlsey.
