To make Tuna Melt, you'll need:
  • 1 can water-packed chunk white tuna - (12 oz) drained flaked

  • 1/2 cups coleslaw mix
  • 3 tbsp sliced green onions
  • 3 tbsp reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp dried dill weed
  • 4 English muffins split and lightly toasted
  • 1/3 cup shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese

  • Preheat broiler.
