To make Turkey Loaf, you'll need:
  • 1 Egg lightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup Bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley or
  • 2 tsp dry
  • 1/2 tsp Poultry seasoning or sage
  • 1 tsp Dijon-style mustard
  • 1/4 tsp Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Fresh basil or
  • 1 ts dry
  • 1 lb Ground turkey
  • 454 grams
  • 1/4 cup Chopped onion SAUCE
  • 1 tbsp Low-fat yogurt
  • 2 tsp Dijoy-style mustard
