Ingredients
To make Vegetable Dip For Crudites, you'll need:
  • 1 cup
  • 2% low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 cup shredded carrot
  • 1/2 cup chopped seeded green pepper
  • 1/4 cup minced onion
  • 1/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 2 tbsp catsup
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly-ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp celery seed

Method

  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor fitted with steel blade or in a blender; process until smooth
  • Place in a bowl cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
