Ingredients
To make Vegetable Strata, you'll need:
  • 2 slices white bread cubed
  • 1/4 cup shredded reduced-fat Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced carrots
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 garlic clove crushed
  • 1 tsp Fleischmann's Original margarine
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomato
  • 1/2 cup snow peas
  • 1 cup Egg Beaters Healthy Real Egg Product
  • 3/4 cup skim milk

Method

  • Place bread cubes evenly on bottom of greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish
  • Sprinkle with cheese; set aside.
