To make Velveeta Light Tuna Mac, you'll need:
  • 2 cups water
  • 8 oz elbow macaroni uncooked
  • 1/2 lb Velveeta Light pasteurized prepared cheese cut up
  • 1 package frozen mixed vegetables - (10 oz) thawed drained
  • 1 can tuna packed in water - (6 oz) drained flaked
  • 2 tbsp fat-free milk

Method

  • Bring water to boil in saucepan
  • Stir in macaroni
  • Reduce heat to medium-low; cover with tight fitting lid
  • Simmer 8 to 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
