Very Cherry Salad

Method

  • Drain and measure juice from cans of cherries and pineapple
  • Add enough orange juice to make 3 cups combined
  • In medium saucepan heat juice until hot but not boiling
  • Pour into 4-quart serving dish and stir in jello gelatin and sweetener until dissolved
  • Add fruits and stir
  • Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
