Ingredients
To make West Indies Dip, you'll need:
  • 1 cup Whipped Cottage Cheese plus
  • 2 tbsp Whipped Cottage Cheese (see recipe)
  • 1 tbsp chopped onion
  • 3 tbsp prepared chutney
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg

Method

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and cover tightly
  • Blend at low speed about 30 seconds or until smooth
  • Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
