Lunch: three scrambled eggs on two pieces of small sourdough toast
Dinner: a defrosted, home made butter chicken curry, with a small portion of basmati rice
Breakfast kefir then bacon and egg
Lunch ham open sandwich made with hm lc bread
Dinner hm chicken curry served with chopped fresh coriander and lc protein wrap followed by hm LC chocolate brownie.
Breakfast: my usual low carb coconut ‘porridge’ with strawberries washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: black coffee and another carb killa bar.
Dinner: smoked salmon and scrambled eggs on low carb toast.
11am - Kefir drink then scrambled eggs on buttered lc toast. Washed down with mug of earl grey tea
4pm - Half a chicken dipped in garlic mayo with smashed avocado on the side. Yoghurt kefir with chia seeds, flaxseeds & crushed walnuts mixed through. Large glass of diet coke also drank water throughout the day/night
Yesterday - standard brunch of Greek yoghurt, mixed raw nuts and one kiwi fruit.
Dinner - grilled pork rashers, cauliflower, sprouts, 1 glass red wine 4 squares of Montezuma's.

Dinner chicken roast dinner served with braised celery and a few carrots. Followed by hm LC 'jam' sponge served warm with spoon of cream.
Breakfast/Brunch - Kefir drink then 2 hard boiled eggs with a smidge of mayo on lc buttered toast. 1 square of lindtt 90% dark chocolate washed down with mug of earl grey tea
Dinner - kefir drink then mushroom & onion omlette with 6 chips, followed by jaffa cake grenade bar, large glass of diet coke. I also drank water throughout the day
Day out in London visiting daughter so just a pic of dinner out. Pub grub Sunday roast. I promise I just ate the small roastie and half the yorkie! (Blood sugar levels 4.9 before peaked up to 7.8 then back to 4.7 after two hours).

Long day out in Birmingham tomorrow - planning to stick mainly to coffee during day as we have a generous golden wedding anniversary voucher present to spend at Dishoom - so booked for an early dinner before our concert at the Symphony Hall. Present is from one of my wonderful bridesmaids who remains a close friend 50 years on. Will try to remember to take a pic of our hopefully low carb feast and share here on Wednesday.

L- Picked up a small pack of chipotle& lime chicken bites at Waitrose on my way to an appointment, then chewed sugar free gum as I wondered if it might have been garlicky.
D- liver&bacon with halloumi and purple sprouting broccoli. 4 sq Montezuma’s AB
I’ve been stressing about today’s appointment for a few days and BG hasn’t dropped below 7. I’m hoping normal service will be resumed now.

Early dinner at Dishoom starter of chilli chicken ( a bit fierce for me!) Just ate chicken not the sauce.
Followed by my Dishoom favourite lamb kebab

Lunch ham rolled with cheese and a few walnuts
Dinner cheese crusted omelette and salad. Filling of chicken, mushrooms and chorizo
Followed by hm LC lemon cake.

Today I had a busy morning fuelled by 2 mugs of black coffee.
Lunch when I got home was a large salad of everything I could throw on the plate. No L/c cakes around so made a DD chocolate mug cake. Very nice - more like a sponge pudding.
D- pheasant ( courtesy of neighbour who is a beater) in garlic and mushroom sauce with cavolo nero and purple sprouting broccoli.
