    HbA1c 5.1% Doc said “wow, you put on a lot of muscle! Looks like you killed the diabetes.. let’s put you on a once per year schedule " so that’s cool, still on BP meds though, i was hoping to get off , but I’ll have to settle for the lowest dose for now. 9.4% to 5.1% 131kg to 95kg next year...

    Mid September is my next appointment. Doc added a lipid panel. Should I lay off the coconut oil? Or just continue on and let it be? I had a lipid panel at diagnosis and it was normal, I had been on keto for about a month at that point. Is it about passing or testing my actual lifestyle? Lol...

    Lady that works at the subway station I use, pulled me aside and asked me if I had liposuction because I’ve lost so much weight, so fast. I replied, thank you, but I just quit eating rice and started eating fat. Got a really funny look lol. Still another 10kg or so to go, but I’ll take it.
