pretty close, @SlimLizzy ...meridianAlmond butter made by Meridan, (not sure of spelling, not at home, so can't check) available in Lidl, also cashew butter. Both are pure, nothing but the nuts.

@Rachox so sorry you’re stuck in for another night. At least no cheese omelete today...
Some nice menus today along with oopage, slight trepidation before a fast, a duo walkathon and preparations for tests. Me? OMAD at our little baby boy's - (27, 6' 4" and 15 stone of gym going baby) but plenty of cuddles with granddaughter and grandson and facetime of crawling other granddaughter.
The meal was lamb, sprouts, broccoli and cauliflower cheese, gravy made from bones roasted yesterday, wine and veg reduced today; 10 cal jelly and extra thick cream; 1 small bar 85% taste the difference dark chocolate (4 gms carb); 2 squares taste the difference candied orange chocolate (7 gms carb); small glass red wine ( 1st this year) and a coffee. Meal cooked by our baby - seems all my boys do the cooking.
Food and wine good, company good and the extra bonus I wore a new pair of red socks - I love me new socks and especially red!
Have to agree with @zauberflote ...whirlwind, indeed.I've been busy making the most of the last few days of half term by tackling all the nasty jobs -and the hell of the cooker hood.
To redeem myself I battered out a chicken breast and did a variation on one I've cooked before. Pan fried the seasoned escalope then topped it with sliced avocado, added 3 bits of crispy bacon this time, a touch of the Lakanto pretend maple syrup then topped with a slice of gouda which I allowed to melt on top. Served with the veggie chips and sugar free ketchup.
Small scoop of halo top with raspberries.
another 2 bits of Dr Almond bread with melted gouda this time. That bread keeps so well in the fridge.
Sounds great. I may have to test my carnivore street cred tomorrow
Just add bacon.
That's the standard Cure All, when carni, isn't it?
