Breakfast: my usual low carb coconut ‘porridge’ with strawberries washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: black coffee and another carb killa bar.
Dinner: chilli con carne with cauliflower rice.
B- Greek yoghurt.
L- l/c roll with cheese and ham. A bit later I had a h/m low carb blueberry muffin.
D- Leftover Asian cabbage stir fry with wasabi mayo. Montezuma’s AB chocolate and a few walnuts.

Probably shouldn’t post on this thread today as a portion of chips isn’t low carb at all! Sorry! But I suppose I am showing that with excellent control the odd cheat won’t hurt.

Haven’t felt very well today so food has necessarily been very simple.
Today for lunch I had a wholemeal ham and cheese sandwich. My CGM showed I went from 5 to 8 and then back to below 5 within two hours. So for tea I had something properly low carb: scrambled eggs, mushrooms, garden peas and green beans.
2 meals today, still feeling a bit ropey.
Late morning- slice of protein bread topped with cottage cheese and chilli sauerkraut.
Mid afternoon- large salad with roast beef and blue cheese, all dressed with EVOO and topped with crunchy seeds. More seeds with yoghurt and blackberries afterwards.
@DJC3 sorry to hear you're not well hope you shake it off quickly.

Lunch open chicken sandwich on hm LC bread followed by 90% lindt chocolate should have been two squares but ended up as four squares! I blame the GBBO's chocolate week..... I was not eating much chocolate but found myself wanting it!
Dinner Chinese stir fried cabbage with pork steaks
Followed by hm LC lemon cake.

Dinner: chicken in creamy mushroom sauce with carrots and runner beans.
Waitrose Chinese Five spice mix ( other brands available) plus black pepper and some butter. The 5 spice mix is star anise, cassia, fennel, cloves and ginger.
