Dinner: cheese and mushroom omelette.
Breakfast kefir then bacon and egg on hm LC toast
Lunch one slice of hm LC toast with vintage cheddar followed by the peel of one local Apple and hm LC coffee and walnut cake
Dinner salmon in a baking parchment parcel with Aqua Pazza Sauce (capers, tomatoes, celery, chilli, herbs and butter( plus peas)
Followed by hm LC jam sponge warm with spoon of yoghurt.
Had a power outage last night so spent today waiting in for an electrician a cold house.
Managed coffee for breakfast by begging a neighbour to fill my cafetière with hot water.
Lunch was 2 of the h/m wraps with cream cheese&Saurkraut, then Montezuma’s AB
D- power back on finally so quick & easy l/c sausages and fried eggs. More Montezuma’s AB

Made a low carb barberry spiced tea loaf using Panda Flour
Lunch slice of hm LC toast and piece of vintage cheddar followed by buttered slice of LC tea loaf
Dinner chicken curry served with chopped coriander and lc wrap

Black coffee until lunch, then ham and eggs followed by some nuts and Montezuma’s AB
Dinner was pheasant in a creamy bacon and mushroom sauce. Broccoli and airfried courgette and aubergine. Choc chia pud to follow.

Made a Panda Flour high protein loaf - ready to stock up freezer again.
Lunch hm LC toast with vintage cheddar followed by hm LC barberry tea loaf
Dinner steak casserole served with cauliflower cheese
Followed by hm LC chocolate brownie
Breakfast- coconut porridge with raspberries
L-h/m seedy crackers with cheese, olives and walnuts
D- Roast loin of pork, cabbage cooked in butter, broccoli and roast swede. Made some little custard pots in my Instant pot I used to make these a lot, don’t know why I stopped, they are delicious and only 2g carbs each. Had one with some raspberries for pud. Can’t seem to upload a photo annoyingly.
Today's lunch was three high meat content pork sausages, with green beans, broccoli and cauliflower, plus a sautéed potato, with home made onion gravy. The gravy was a bit thick, so you may not be able to see everything underneath, but it was very nice. And later I just had a ham and cheese wholemeal sandwich.

Lunch hummus and celery ( my first fenland celery of the season and it tastes so much better) followed by slice of hm LC buttered barberry tea loaf
Dinner Bolognese with low carb pasta followed by hm LC 'jam' sponge and spoon of cream.
B- Boiled eggs and Edam crackers.
L- slices of Edam and topside rolled up together. Portion of the choc chia pud I made yesterday.
D- Beef and mushroom pie made with panda pastry. Broccoli and cabbage. Pudding was another of the little creamy custard pots.
