Breakfast- coconut porridge with raspberries
L-h/m seedy crackers with cheese, olives and walnuts
D- Roast loin of pork, cabbage cooked in butter, broccoli and roast swede. Made some little custard pots in my Instant pot I used to make these a lot, don’t know why I stopped, they are delicious and only 2g carbs each. Had one with some raspberries for pud. Can’t seem to upload a photo annoyingly.
