What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

Breakfast: my usual low carb coconut ‘porridge’ with strawberries washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: black coffee and a DGF mince pie with SF brandy butter.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Dinner: lamb leg roasted with rosemary and garlic, one roast potato, a couple of parsnips, Brussels, carrots and cauliflower, pigs in blankets and gravy. Followed by a LC trifle made the same as yesterday.

Dinner: buffet style tea but my eyes were too big for my belly so the salmon and cream cheese roll is now in the fridge for tomorrow! To be truthful I wanted to leave room for an individual LC Xmas pudding with sugar free brandy butter and cream!

Hope everyone had a lovely low carb Christmas. Back to posting today to keep me on track.
B- 10% fat Greek yoghurt with blueberries and seeds
L- L/C roll with ham, mustard and salad. Montezuma’s AB with almonds.
D- Found a good recipe for L/c turkey soup at SugarFreeLondoner. It used coconut cream which gave a lovely flavour. DGF Crimbo crumble and cream to follow.

Dinner: salmon and cream cheese LC roll which I kept from yesterday! With coleslaw and yes six chips! The rest of the family got take away chips :banghead:

Is that like a quick L/c chocolate mousse?
Ha Ha It was originally supposed to make a recipe but didn't make it. The cocoa I usually buy is Black and Green but they has run out. So they sent me a very good one called 'Menier'
 
B- keto coconut porridge with blueberries.
L- last of the leftovers! Slice of gammon, cauli cheese and some mushrooms, red pepper, red onion and green beans all fried in olive oil. Looks a bit messy but tasted good.
D- pate and l/c toast. Couple of glasses of wine.
There was some Montezuma’s AB chocolate at some point in the day too.

Coffee and cream
Coffee and unsweetened almond milk
Mozzarella and tomato
Parsnip brussels and Harrissa Lamb
Parsnip liked the air fryer but brussels did not. Lamb fine.
 
Breakfast kefir then three eggs scrambled in butter.
No lunch as out and busy - just some coffee
Before dinner - hungry so got tempted by too many nuts while finishing prepping dinner!
Dinner organic meat balls in passata with low carb pasta with glass of red wine.

After meant to have one of my festive hotel chocolat dark chocs but got tempted and ate two. Will be easier when festive nuts and chocolate are not around in the cupboard!
 
I agree with you about the temptation of the festive goodies @shelley262 even if they are low carb it’s so easy to overindulge.
@filly I’ve had the same issue with airfried Brussels, they always seem to burn on the outside leaves.
My food today- B was 10% Greek yoghurt with blueberries and seeds.
L- cheese omelette then some ( too much) Montezuma’s AB with almonds.
D- started off as a DD recipe but lacking some ingredients it was a pork steak cooked in the fat from smoked streaky bacon with mushrooms, a little cream added to it all at the end. Broccoli and green beans. DGF cake to follow.

Dinner: mushroom paté on a LC roll with salad and mixed nuts.
