I had scrambled eggs on sourdough toast the other week for the first time in ages. But I scrambled the eggs quite slowly until it resembled rice pudding (sort of). I added a knob of butter, plus salt & pepper, and I really enjoyed it. I'm not all that fussed on low carb bread (I wish I was).Breakfast: my usual low carb coconut ‘porridge’ with strawberries washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: black coffee and another carb killa bar.
Dinner: scrambled egg on Marmite on toast. (LC of course!)
