What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

5.4 at 0455.

Off to work briefly this morning , should be done by 0930, Coventry is this morning’s destination weather permitting.

Tweaked a muscle running on Thursday so long walk planned today and no run.

Shoulder of sleeplessness is learning to behave with judicious use of ice packs throughout the day and just before bed. Progress at last.
 
6.7 on finger prick. Am happy its atleast below 7.5 so maybe its the beginning of the end of vaccination effects. We shall see.

I don't think I should be doing any extended fasting until I have seen atleast one day fully below 7.5 as that will be an indication that body has started bringing down the threat level. Until then I am planning to stick with 16 to 18 hours fasting but eating each day.
