Cheese tomatoes x 2
Corned Beef
10 cal Raspberry

B- avocado, cottage cheese and turmeric and ginger sauerkraut.
L- Cheese and mushroom omelette. More like a scramble than an omelette as I just poured the egg on top of the mushrooms frying in the pan. It didn’t look pretty, so definitely not posting a photo here amongst all the lovely omelettes!
D- Gourmet Kitchen Burger (Yellow sticker in Waitrose, they are so expensive!) topped with gherkin and cheese and a dollop of sugar free ketchup. Salad and some ‘chips’ made from air fried broccoli stalk.

Dinner was grilled pork rashers, cauliflower, sprouts and broccoli. 4 squares of Montezuma 100% Not a wine week.

Do you have an air-fryer? You can cook all manner of meats, chicken and fish in there. Plus you can microwave vegetables. And make a healthy meal.

For lunch today I didn't get anything in; I just used what I already had. So that was a battered haddock fillet (I know it's Sunday, not Friday!), with a couple of roasties, carrots and mushy peas. I did the roasties and haddock in the proper oven, but I prefer the potatoes sautéed, and the haddock air fried. It was acceptable, though.

Went out for a late breakfast to celebrate daughter going off for a new job. I had a sort of eggs Benedict with smoked salmon and a couple of big mushrooms instead of the muffin.

Some olives and cheese mid aft.
Dinner was a crustless quiche with broccoli. @spidermanBill I thought of you when I was making this: a crustless quiche/fritatta is very easy to do in the microwave, you can use a packet of ham or tin of tuna in it. Also if you look at dietdoctor.com they have loads of simple low carb, no cook meals which might be useful to you.
