Late morning: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: black coffee and another carb killa bar.
Dinner: avocado with prawns in Marie Rose sauce and coleslaw.
Made a low carb high protein loaf today - it's in photo of dinner cooling in background. Not sliced it yet as best cooled for 3+ hours.
Breakfast kefir then scrambled eggs
Lunch hm chicken and veggie soup followed by hm LC ginger cake
Dinner hm chicken curry served with fresh coriander followed by hm LC chocolate brownie
Edit just sliced new loaf it's denser than the olive oil version. This one uses cottage cheese - will see what it tastes like tomorrow.

Brunch- boiled eggs mashed with butter
Pre- theatre dinner out: piri piri prawns. Meatballs, oven baked hake on lemon and caper spring greens

More baking today on a cold wet Sunday. Made three low carb Panda Flour bakes : coffee, cinnamon and walnut tray bake, cinnamon doughnuts and Panda Puffets ( a low carb muffin like bread)
Breakfast kefir then poached egg on LC toast
Lunch hm LC bread with mackerel pate followed by one of my delicious cinnamon doughnuts
Dinner slow cooked beef casserole served with cauliflower cheese.
B-2 boiled eggs then off on holiday with the family: all of an hours drive away over the border to Devon.
L- L/c roll filled with cream cheese and sauerkraut.
D- t/a curry: chicken tikka and saag paneer which tasted suspiciously sweet. Raise BG more than I’d have liked but not into scary realms.
What are the puffets like @shelley262 ? I bought some egg rings to try making them, but haven’t got round to it yet. They look really good.
