In Ketosis, off meds, blood sugar readings still high.

Has anyone else tried the keto diet?, I’ve lost over 50 lbs but blood sugar readings still high even after the dawn phenomenon, after 5 months I thought I would reverse my type 2 diabetes.

What if someone had diabetes but reversed it without knowing they even had diabetes?

this is something I’ve been really thinking about...even if it may sound stupid to some....I didn’t have symptoms of diabetes until my blood test stated my blood sugars was high..... So let’s say for example there’s a person out there who is diabetic but they don’t know it, let’s say they are...

I can't think why (apart from hormones as my periods have stopped). I'm eating less than 1400 cals a day (242 lbs...

Hi, I'm doing a diet and regular (and vigorous) exercise 6 - 7 times a week. Already lost 3+ stones. I'M A NEW MEMBER OF THE 30S CLUB!
