Off all diabetic meds due to eye problems. Now free falling on a keto/low carb diet. 11lbs down and a lot more to go. Using a Libre 2 Plus at own expense but finding it an invaluable tool to monitor what does and does not affect my blood sugar.
Type 2 on metformin twice a day, two tablets with breakfast and one with evening meal. Was consistently around 48 to 50 with Hb1ac until earlier this year jumped to 60. Working hard to get it down reduced my carb intake dramatically and seeing results already
